Although the Emotional Eating Toolbox  Daily Action Plan includes lots of information, it is not simply a book.  If you're like me, you've bought and read lots of books that had great ideas and great concepts and that felt very motivating to read.  The problem comes when you put the book down and try to apply the book and the ideas to your own life.  It's not always clear how to do that, and, even if it is, without a clear structure, accountability, and a way to incorporate the philosophy of the book into your already-complicated life, it's quite likely that the book gets forgotten soon after you read it--that's IF you finish it.
