Michelle Anderson, M.A. is a Psychotherapist and a Certified Yoga Instructor who specializes in "counseling with the body in mind." She has found through the combination of yoga and counseling that as the body is engaged, the therapeutic experience has more depth and effectiveness. Her work with weight loss surgery patients has helped her develop specific yoga flows to support their changing bodies and improving health. Michelle earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Union Institute and University. She divides her time between her private counseling practice and as a Health Coach for St. Joseph's Hospital in Bellingham, Washington.

Melissa McCreery, Ph.D. is a Psychologist and Life Coach who specializes in helping

weight loss surgery patients lose the weight, lose the shame, and create the life they crave after surgery.  She is a contributing writer for WLS Lifestyles magazine and hosts a blog on emotional eating for wlslifestyles.com.  She is the founder of Enduring Change Coaching and the creator of The Emotional Eating Toolbox.  She earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University and completed her Life Coach training with Mentor Coach, an ICF accredited coaching certification program.

We offer our guests an intimate haven in which to rest and restore during both personal and business retreats. (from the Chrysalis website)."
